Permanent Placement Process

Project client's staffing needs – Project the staffing needs for the coming months or year will be set to establish a pipeline of professionals for the projected vacancies.

Evaluate contract - A contract will be put into place with an agreed upon hiring budget or placement fee for the direct placement of national or international professionals.

Advertising/recruiting - A targeted search nationally or internationally, to identify and recruit qualified professionals to fit into your organization.

Resume screening - A utilized screening process of the professional's skills, experience, language competency, education, reference/background check, psychological test etc. enables us to meet your demands for quantity without compromising quality.

Interview of pre-screened candidates with client:

For national candidates - We will provide only qualified pre-screened candidates to interview at a time that is convenient to you.

For international candidates - We can conduct an interview via telephone or video, or arrange for a client's representative to conduct a personal interview.

To ensure the candidates education is comparable to U.S. graduate in the same profession, scores and certifications of the below mentioned examinations are verified:

• The Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS)
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
• Test of Written English (TWE)
• Test of Spoken English (TSE) or
• Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) & Oral Interview

We coach and guide candidates through the process of these examinations.

INS Processing - We offer legal guidance associated with the immigration process. Our legal services will be provided by the Law Office of Mary Carmen Madrid-Crost.

State Licensure Examination - We assist the candidates in all that is necessary in the preparation of acquiring the state license.

Placement at facility - We provide moral community support to the candidates upon arrival and integration into the facility.
